All in all everything was first-class, had an enjoyable stay for the holidays. The location was very central, so close to the train station, Chapel Bridge and shopping area as well as Lucerne lake. Old Town district was definitely worth visiting.

Fairly clean accommodation, extremely friendly staff with great service. Magnificent location - next to the wooden bridge, lake, river and old town and a lot of walking distance sightseeing like the lion monument. Also, to a river cruise.

VERY NOISY. Rock live music was organized in the hotel entrance until late night. I could not sleep well. True 5-star hotels do not need to organize such a funky music event on their premise. Electronic kettle was rusting out.
